Order, Payment and Delivery

What are the available mode of payment?

We offer the following modes of payment - Visa, Mastercard, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay.
For local orders, you will also have the additional options of paying via PayNow / PayLah! and ShopBack or Atome instalment 3-months plan (for Singapore orders only. Select the respective payment gateway when carting out)

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

As we try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure it is processed and delivered promptly, please avoid any amendments and cancellation upon confirmation. For amendments - Strictly NO refunds if amending to lower priced item(s). For cancellation (must be raised within 72 hours from date of purchase AND items must not have been shipped) - A 5% penalty fee will apply due to credit card charges. (Cancellation is not available for payments via Atome or Shopback)

Do you allow open box/ open orders?

Do state in the footnote prior to checking out or contact us via Instagram with your order number. Do note that we only allow open box of no more than 1 month.

If I have an open box, do I still need to pay for shipping?

To qualify for free local delivery, please ensure that your purchase is at least S$130 in a SINGLE checkout (free delivery will be reflected at checkout if you qualify). Free shipping does NOT apply even if you accumulated more than S$130 but in multiple checkouts. Click here for more details. For overseas orders, we will refund excess from shipping after dispatch.

How much is local delivery charges?

Purchases for $130 and below >> S$5 flat rate
Purchases from S$130.01 and above >> FREE delivery

You will also be able to see the shipping charge(s) applied to your order at checkout.

Where do you ship from and what are the delivery/collection option(s) available and when can I receive my items?

We ship from Singapore and offer courier delivery as the default option. For urgent local orders, we may discuss on other expedited delivery options.
Qxpress Courier Delivery - Delivered by Qxpress. We use "Next day delivery" which delivers between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm once dispatched from our side. Tracking details will be provided. Please understand that there may be unforeseeable delays especially during peak period. Do also note that we take up to 7 days to process and pack all orders. If you have an urgent order, kindly contact us prior to order or check with us for fastest delivery/collection.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do. if we do not have your country listed, please contact us and we will work out the delivery option for you.

 What are the overseas delivery options available and when can I receive my items?

Yes, we use airmails with our local post office (Comes with tracking details, some countries may have limited tracking details once it reaches your home country). The estimated delivery time frame for each country will be reflected when you are at the payment page. Due to Covid situations around the world, please note that there may be significant delays.

Can I track my order?

For local orders, you will receive your tracking details via e-mail and can track on Qxpress once your parcel has been dispatched.
For International orders, all default delivery by registered mail w/ tracking. (Do note that some countries may have limited tracking details once it reaches your home country)

Do you bubble wrap the items? Will it be safe?

All of the packages are securely bubble wrapped and/or boxed to prevent any unfortunate incidents of breakage or damage. We try our best but we cannot control what happens once it leaves our hands.

I have not received my parcel. Who can I contact?

For Qxpress courier delivery - You may contact the CS Hotline (+65 6661 9100) directly for the quickest turnaround time. If you are unsure or require further assistance, please contact us. Do note that parcels can be delayed extra 1 working day during peak periods in the year.

I have an urgent order. Can I expedite the collection?

If you have an urgent order, it is best to contact us prior to order, so we can do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible and possibly offer alternate option(s) for delivery or collection.
