Order, Payment and Delivery

What are the available mode of payment?

We offer the following modes of payment - Visa, Mastercard, Shopify Pay and Apple Pay.
For local orders, you will also have the option of paying via PayNow and PayLah!

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure it is processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

(Singapore orders) What are the delivery options available and when can I receive my items?

We offer 3 types of mailing and delivery options - Normal mail, Registered mail and Qxpress Courier Delivery.
Normal mail - Delivery by Singapore Post. Takes approx. 2 to 5 working days to deliver once we have mailed it out. No tracking number provided and we will not be liable for lost or damaged mail.
Registered mail - Delivery by Singapore Post. Takes approx. 1 to 3 working days to deliver once we have mailed it out. Tracking details will be provided.
Qxpress Courier Delivery - Delivery by Qxpress. Delivers in 1-2 working days between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Once parcel has been picked up, delivery is usually done the next working day. Tracking details will be provided.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do. if we do not have your country listed, please contact us and we will work out the delivery option for you.

(International orders) What are the delivery options available and when can I receive my items?

For overseas delivery, only registered mailing option via Singapore Post will be available (Comes with tracking details, some countries may have limited tracking details once it reaches your home country). The estimated delivery time frame for each country will be reflected when you are at the payment page.

Can I track my order?

For Singapore orders, if you have opted for registered mail or courier delivery, you will receive your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
For International orders, all default delivery by registered mail option only, therefore you will receive the tracking details.(Some countries may have limited tracking details once it reaches your home country)

Do you bubble wrap the items? Will it be safe?

All of the packages are securely bubblewrapped and/or boxed to prevent any unfortunate incidents of breakage or damage. You are advised to opt for a more insured delivery such as registered mail or courier delivery to prevent rough handling.

I have not received my parcel. Who can I contact?

For normal mail - Unfortunately, we are unable to track the parcel. However, we do keep a copy of a picture proof of mailing. Please contact us to get a copy. Alternatively, kindly wait a few more days as parcels may be delayed especially during festive seasons.
For registered mail - Kindly contact Singapore Post directly with the tracking number provided. We do keep a copy of a picture proof of mailing. Please contact us to get a copy.
For Qxpress courier delivery - You may contact the CS Hotline directly for the quickest turnaround time. If you are unsure or require further assistance, please contact us. Do note that parcels can be delayed extra 1 working day during peak periods in the year.

I have an urgent order. Can I expedite the collection?

If you have an urgent order, it is best to contact us prior to order, just to make sure we are able to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible. In the meantime, we offer 2 choices:
- Self collect at 824 Jurong West street 81, with no surcharge or minimum order required. Collection timing is usually more flexible. This should be arranged and agreed at least 1 hour before the actual collection.
- Meetup at Boon Lay or Pioneer MRT is applicable to orders above S$50 only. This should be arranged and agreed at least 2 hours before the actual collection.
