Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We do not allow returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. All items are very carefully checked on multiple occasions before it is delivered to you. Please allow up to 10% colour discrepancy as different monitors may reflect colours differently. We do our best to include measurements and other elaborated details to make your shopping experience easy. All of the pictures are taken in-house, therefore you are purchasing for the exact item(s) shown, except for crystal tumbled stones as most pictures are our stock photos. If you still have further concerns, do not hesitate to send an email to us.
What if my item(s) are damaged during transit?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide reimbursement or refunds should items be damaged due to rough handling. However, please do contact us via e-mail or Instagram to see if there is any ways we could help. You can be rest assured that all items are carefully packed with bubble wrapping and/or other packing materials before mailing/delivery.
